This is a short website privacy notice for Lumashot. A fuller app privacy policy should be published before App Store release.

This notice covers the Lumashot website and website newsletter signup.
2. Cookies and tracking
We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the public marketing website.
If you sign in to protected/admin areas, essential authentication/session cookies may be used so login works securely.
3. Newsletter signup data
When you join the waitlist/newsletter, we collect and store your email address and marketing opt-in status.
We use this data to send launch updates and occasional product news.
4. How we use your data
We use your data only to operate the website features you request (for example, newsletter signup) and to communicate with you.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep limited records to comply with law.
6. Sharing
We may use trusted service providers (for hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure) that process data on our behalf.
7. Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
8. App privacy
The mobile app may involve additional data processing (for example account, photos, orders, and device permissions).
A dedicated app privacy policy should be published in App Store Connect / Play Console and linked in-app before launch.
